August Events

Art Show

On-going through September

Joan Foster of Columbus will have a one-person show at the Kendal at Granville Gallery during the months of August and September. The show will be realistic oils and watercolors.  Foster spends most of her winters in Florida and many of her paintings portray birds and flowers indigenous to that area. She is precise in detail and her wildlife portraits seem to be very much alive. Foster is a member of several art associations and is particularly active in the Women’s Palette in Columbus. She also participates in several art associations during her winters in FL.

While visiting the main Gallery at Kendal, you also are invited to visit the Residents’ Gallery on the second floor of the main building. Works are by the Kendal Studio Group including well-known Granville artists. The show will continue through September and can be viewed between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. weekdays.
