Ongoing inservices and training keep staff current in their fields of expertise. We utilize a team approach and staff will have opportunities to participate on teams such as Safety, Wellness and Staff Recognition, where contributions can make a difference in the lives of residents and co-workers as well as lead to the development of leadership skills.

Kendal seeks to promote qualified staff members from within whenever possible and we encourage staff members to develop their careers with us. One can begin a career in any department including dining service, health services, finance, facililties, information service, and administration.

Kendal offers a tuition reimbursement plan and staff are invited to develop new skills that can expand their work experience.
