Mike Rapp, President, Granville, OH
Mike is currently Finance Leader for Owens Corning R&D. He has held a variety of positions within Owens Corning, including Plant Controller, Isocyanurate plant startup team and divisional financial position for the last 31 years.
Seth H. Patton, Treasurer, Heath, OH
Seth is Vice President of Finance and Management at Denison University. He presently is Treasurer of the Granville Rotary Foundation and formerly was president of the Granville Rotary and The Granville Rotary Foundation.
Julia Beyer Houpt, Vice President, Granville, OH
Julie is Vice President of University Resources and Public Affairs at Denison University, and is on the Board of Kendal Charitable Funds. Julie practiced law in Los Angeles for several years before joining the major gift fundraising team at Stanford University. Subsequently, she served as Director of Major Gifts at the University of Pennsylvania and the Director of Development at Friends’ Central School. She is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and served on its Commission on Philanthropy from 2008-2011. She returned to her alma mater Denison University in 2001 to serve as chief fundraiser. Under her leadership, Denison successfully concluded its most ambitious fundraising campaign, Higher Ground: The Campaign for Denison, on June 30, 2008 having exceeded its $160 million goal by more than $17 million. Prior to becoming the Vice President at Denison, Julie was an active volunteer for the college for many years serving as a Career Advisor, a Club President, an Annual Fund volunteer and a volunteer in The Campaign for Denison (1989-1994).
Sally Reynolds, Secretary, Alexandria, OH
Sally is on the Foundation Board for Hospice of Central Ohio and chairing the committee for the annual garden tour benefiting Action Ohio.
Reed Browning, Ph.D., Granville, OH
Reed is a resident of Kendal at Granville and a retired Professor of History, Kenyon College, who served as Provost for eight years at Kenyon College. An accomplished author, he has penned several musical pieces, as well as many books related to history and baseball. As a resident of Kendal, Reed has been a member of the Residents’ Association Council, has been the President of the Residents’ Association, and has chaired the Library Committee. Reed holds a Ph.D. in History from Yale University and has received recognition for Teaching Excellence: namely the Senior Trustee Teaching Excellence Award (2001) and the Senior Cup (1981.)
Karen Chakoian, Granville, OH
Karen is the Pastor and Head of Staff at First Presbyterian Church where she has served since 2000. Prior to coming to Granville she served as a part-time solo pastor of a small, working class church in Des Moines, Iowa. Her first call was also in Des Moines, as the associate pastor of Central Presbyterian Church. She was ordained in 1984 after graduating from Union Theological Seminary in New York. She is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry degree through Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary with a concentration in theology. Karen has a special interest in Kendal since about 40 members of her congregation live here. She also serves on the Kendal Corporation Board.

Thomas F. Gallant, Granville, OH
Tom and his wife Myra are residents of Kendal at Granville. Tom is very active in the community as chairman of the Muggers (Men’s Breakfast Group), member of the diversity committee and was involved in the Grant Application Committee. He is an active Rotary member, has served on the Granville Village Council and was the Granville Village Mayor from 1982 -1988. He is also currently involved with the Granville Historical Society and is an Elder of the Presbyterian Church. He enjoys fishing, camping, traveling and reading.
Molly Ingold, Newark, OH
Molly is Vice President of Administrative Services with Hospice of Central Ohio for 10years. She is the recipient of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce 2009 Human Resource Management Excellence Award, served as the Director of Human Resources for Licking Memorial Hospital, Executive Director for the United Way of Licking County, Personnel Director for the City of Newark, holds a Master’s degree in Education, and a BS in Russian and Secondary Education. She has served as president for the Newark Rotary Club, Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities, United Way of Licking County board of directors, and the Newark City School Board.
Robert O'Neill, Granville, OH
Rob is President and a principal of the Southgate Corporation, a comprehensive real estate development firm, Director for Park National Bank and Park National Corporation, serves on a national real estate development forum for private real estate developers of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties association. Also serves on the Board of Directors for GROW Licking County, the organization responsible the economic development efforts for our area. He is Director of the Newark Sport and Event Commission which operates the local ice arena. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Newark Campus Development Fund which is a $30 million endowment fund for local scholarships to OSU and COTC.
Ruth Owen, Granville, OH
Ruth is a graduate of Kent State with a degree in Speech Pathology and audiology. She worked in the field before retiring to care for their three children. Later Ruth became the director of the Granville Area Chamber of Commerce, retiring a second time to enjoy their six grandchildren. Ruth’s civic activities include serving as trustee and officer of Granville Public Library, trustee and officer of Licking Memorial Hospital and the United Way of Licking County. She also served on the Board of Directors of Camp O’Bannon, 20th Century Club, Hospital Twig 14 and several committees on Equal Housing and Educational opportunities and other school issues. Ruth is an Elder of the Presbyterian Church. She enjoys tennis, gardening, reading, volunteering and attending their grandchildren’s many sport events.
Mary Paumier, Granville, OH
Mary is a managing partner /real estate agent with The Village Partners. She has 14 years experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. She is active in the community, helping at the St. Vincent DePaul center every month, assisting the management team of advisory committee for the Granville Recreation District. She was involved with the Granville Exempted Village School District for several years also.

Jessica has been an Associate Professor of Biology at Denison since 2006, and the Coordinator of the Anderson Endowment and the Ronne berg Lectureships. She is also a Peer Reviewer for the Institutional Systems Portfolios for the Higher Learning Commission of the NCA.
Becky Skeen, Granville, OH
Becky is a resident of Kendal at Granville and former Director of Career Services at Muskingum College. She has served as a member of Kendal at Granville’s Housekeeping and Maintenance Committee and of its Marketing Committee and is a docent at the Granville Historical Society Museum.
